For all customers
- Please note that all of the forms on this page require the free Adobe Reader software, available here:

- Ensure that each item you'd like to submit for transfer/duplication, as well as any artwork you're providing, is clearly labelled
- Print and fill out our Customer Information & Special Instructions Form
- Print and fill out our service form(s) - this is where you specify exactly how you'd like your order processed
For customers in the Victoria area
- Request a pickup, and we'll contact you to arrange a specific pickup time
- Include your completed customer information form and service form(s) with your materials for pickup
- The details of your order will be reviewed once received at our studio. If additional charges or turnaround time are required to complete your project we'll notify you by email to request your approval before we proceed. Otherwise, processing of your order will begin.
- Once your order has been processed, we will send you an invoice by email. Once we receive your payment we will arrange a delivery time with you.
For customers outside the Victoria area
- Print our shipping label and fill in your name and return shipping address
- Include your completed customer information form and service form(s) in your shipment - be sure to package your materials securely. We recommend using a trackable means of shipping, such as a major courier or Canada Post Expedited Parcel/Xpresspost.
- Upon receipt of your shipment we will verify its contents as well as the specifics of your order. If additional charges or turnaround time are required to complete your project we'll notify you by email to request your approval before we proceed. Otherwise, processing of your order will begin.
- Once your order has been processed, we will send you an invoice by email. Once we receive your payment we will ship your order back to you and send you an email with shipment tracking info.
